Job Description

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain the ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • Applicants must have competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • People must have excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills to be eligible for this post.
  •  People must have proficient computer knowledge.
  • Applicants must attain a High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of Retail Management experience to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • People applying for this post must have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • They must attain the ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting to 50 pounds to be considered as an asset for this post.
