Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to evaluate the impact of a range of planning applications and initiatives.
- They’re also required at this post to collect, compile, and analyze data and information on demographic, economic, legal, social, cultural and physical information relating to urban land use and area studies applied for this post.
- Candidates who apply for this post are required to organize and participate in meetings to exchange information on development proposals, policies under review, and other planning issues.
- Applicants working at this post are also appointed to respond to requests for information from developers, consultants, staff from other agencies and governments, elected officials, and the public who plied for this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates appointed to this post must attain the ability to interpret architectural and landscaping drawings.
- They must attain the ability to apply critical judgment and analytical thinking to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain the ability to respond to public inquiries and concerns related to municipal approval of development applications to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including senior-level staff to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain the ability to present effectively to a variety of audiences.
