Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties.
- The candidate must conduct market research and trends in order to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing price and credits policies.
- The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
- The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
