Job Description

  •  Candidates are also appointed to implement the Store Manager’s People vision for the store and cascade to team members working at this post.
  • Candidates are also appointed to open and close the store following the opening and closing procedures working at this post.
  • Candidates for this post are also appointed to understand and adhere to people’s safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Applicants for this post are also appointed to perform work by applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
  • Candidates are also accountable for delegated aspects of the controllable budget and labour hours working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada along with the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must acquire a High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and a dedicated bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have completed 1 year of retail or sales-specific management experience to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have 1 year of recruiting, hiring, or training employees along with 1 year of people management experience to be preferred for this post.
  • Candidates must attain 1 year of leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Candidates are also required at this post to provide retail floor leadership to team members, including making in-the-moment decisions to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of retail floor coverage and operations working at this post.
