- Candidates must have demonstrated sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank to be eligible for this post.
- People applying for this post must attain the ability to build strong relationships focused on providing a great client experience and growing relationships with existing Bank customers to be eligible for this post.
- People accountable for this post must attain the ability to make a lasting impact on both the branch staff and the customers.
- They must have a license to sell mutual funds and completed the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have satisfied the educational requirements to act as Alternate Branch Compliance Officers to be eligible for this post.
