Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to work with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
- They’re also appointed at this post to help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labor scheduling and leverages WorkForce Management to maximize labor productivity
- Candidates working in this post are required to ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
- They’re required to comply with Human Resources Standards working at this post.
- Candidates for this post are required to help with hiring in conjunction with the FSM, Hires and/or support hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy
- Candidates are appointed to maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to drive Blue Culture, and engagement, and lead and motivate staff through leading by our Core Values.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have planning, judgment and decision-making skills to be eligible for this post.
