- Candidates must maintain Store Standards to optimise customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
- They must work with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
- They should help manage in conjunction with the labour scheduling and leverage WorkForce Management (WFM) to maximise labour productivity.
