Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts into subassemblies.
- The candidate will assemble, fit, and install prefabricated parts into subassemblies or finished products.
- The candidate will be responsible for assembling and connecting electrical components.
- The candidate must position, align, and adjust parts to ensure proper fit and assembly.
- The candidate will be responsible for connecting cables, tubes, and wires.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating automated assembly equipment.
- The candidate must fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating or maintaining automated assembly equipment.
- The candidate will operate small cranes to transport and position larger parts.
- The candidate will be required to inspect finished products to ensure proper functioning.
- The candidate will be responsible for inspecting mechanical assemblies and subassemblies to ensure proper alignment and operation.
- The candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring proper connections in electrical assemblies and wiring.
- The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs.
- The candidate must wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards.
- The candidate must read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
- The candidate will install electrical control devices in switchboards and panel boards.
- The candidate will be responsible for collecting, recording, and summarizing inspection results.
- The candidate must ensure that the final assembly meets quality control standards.
- The candidate will be required to assemble panelboards and switchboard cabinets and install busbars.
- The candidate must assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the French language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.

- The candidate must work in fabrication, fitting, and control equipment manufacturing settings.

- The products include gearboxes, transmissions, subassemblies, and electrical control equipment.

- The candidate must have experience operating production machinery, crimping, brazing, and soldering equipment, and coil winding machines.
