Job Description
- The candidate must assign and correct homework.
- The candidate must develop the course content.
- The candidate will be responsible for evaluating student progress and discussing results with parents, students, and school officials.
- The candidate will be expected to participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
- The candidate must prepare subject material for presentation in accordance with an approved curriculum.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing, administering, and correcting tests.
- The candidate must provide tutoring assistance.
- The candidate will be responsible for teaching students through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and laboratory, shop, and field studies.
- The candidate must be able manage online accounts and systems.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have a Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate, as well as a Provincial Teacher’s certificate.
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
