Job Description
- Candidates who apply for this post are required to oversee a group of 7-Eleven stores within a geographic area to ensure the highest levels of guest service working at this post.
- Applicants applying for this post are also required to monitor and ensure accountability for all aspects of store operations, providing advice, coaching and assistance to store management.
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to recruit, hire, develop and retain top talent within the market to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all corporate stores working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to recognize and address performance issues promptly working at this post.
- Applicants are also required at this post to ensure key processes and plans are in place through weekly store visits, store evaluations and data analysis working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and requisite industry and management experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain 3 to 5 years of operational management experience or 2 plus years of successful multi-unit management experience in a retail and QSR environment to be preferred for this post.
- They must attain the ability to work with and influence direct reports, franchisees, peers and senior management to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have strong analytical, diagnostic, and root cause identification skills to be preferred for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to be eligible for this post.
