Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to hire, train, supervise and develop part-time staff and full-time staff.
- They’re appointed at this post to develop innovative programming to meet the needs of the diverse population working at this post. People who apply for this post are required to conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- People who applied for this post are required to liaise with community groups, schools and hospitals working at this post.
- They’re required to propose, establish and operate comprehensive Aquatic Programs and special events in cooperation with the facility team.

Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a degree or diploma in Recreation or a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of recreation experience in an aquatic setting to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 5 years of Supervisory Experience at a progressive level to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to establish effective working relationships and demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters with excellent written and oral communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work in a changing team environment and also possess a genuine interest in broadening their experience.People must be able to travel between various locations within the city to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- They’re appointed to prepare for, respond to and follow up on accidents and incidents in the facility.
- People are also appointed to monitor budget areas and provide recommendations for budget forecasts.
