Job Description
- Applicants who applied for this post are required to recommend preventative solutions to mitigate the recurrence of similar problems.

Job requirement
- Candidates interested in this post must have post-secondary education in computer science, business technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have considerable experience with LAN/WAN/Wireless technology and network hardware, software, and operating systems to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants interested in this post must have considerable experience configuring and provisioning wireless devices using a Mobile Device Management tool.
- Tattaint attains experience in telephone and in-person technical support, documenting requests and incidents following ITIL processes.
- Applicants must attain the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team setting and project environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must have the flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities in response to business demands to get preferred for this post.
Work setting
