Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for handling, restraining, and caring for animals undergoing treatment and surgery.
• The candidate will be responsible for assisting the veterinarian before, during, and after surgery.
• The candidate will be responsible for preparing and administering medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian.
• The candidate must administer treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
• The candidate must identify livestock.
• The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients on animal health care.
• The candidate will be responsible for producing diagnostic radiographs, collecting samples, and performing other laboratory tests.
• The candidate will be responsible for performing routine animal dental procedures and assisting veterinarians with animal dentistry.
• The candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care and rehabilitation therapy to animals.
• The candidate must provide wound and bandage care.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate or diploma in other trades, or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be accurate.

• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
