Job description
- Candidates have experience building newscasts, cutting audio for stories and reporting both inside the newsroom and in the field.
- They follow CityNews on its digital platforms and have ideas for its growth.
- They have to report on the latest news when it breaks, including chasing and conducting interviews with newsmakers and people in the community, and reporting in the field when necessary
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience reading newscasts in a live environment, a background in reporting, and a honed news writing style.
- They must have a great working relationship with our partners around the country to ensure we showcase the best of CityNews.
