Job Description
- Candidates will have to support and participate in all financial accounting, management, and reporting aspects of actual results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Candidates are also appointed to assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the creation of supporting audit working papers.
- They’re required to perform accounting entries for BCI’s foreign subsidiaries, including expenses, payroll, and inter-company transactions.
- Candidates will have to assist with the preparation of income tax documentation.
- They’re appointed to prepare cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
Job requirement
- They must attain experience with month-end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Candidates must attain experience identifying and recording multi-currency intercompany transactions between a parent and its subsidiaries, as well as reconciling intercompany balances.
- Candidates must attain advanced proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- They must attain the ability to proactively identify ways of increasing efficiencies in work performance.
- Candidates must attain excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain experience assisting with financial statement preparation.
- They also have dedicated experience with preparing journal entries from source data.
