Job Description
- Selected candidates are appointed at this post to provide secretarial support services to a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals as well as represent the program to outside agencies working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to assist with booking meeting space and preparations, and book equipment needs working at this post.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to provide support for meeting minutes like taking, processing and distributing.
- They’re appointed at this post to provide Telehealth service support and maintain and order specific program forms and office supplies to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants are appointed at this post to accept orders and receive, complete and track requests made to the program.
- They’re appointed at this post to maintain inventories and supplies in coordination with Materials Management working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have a grade 12 education and a prior Certificate in Business Office Administration course or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must ensure the completion of the Medical Terminology Course along with the ability to manage Current Non-violent Crisis Intervention to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 1 year of related experience in a clerical or administrative role to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants working at this post must have demonstrated organizational skills, and the ability to work independently along with prior problem-solving and decision-making skills to get preferred for this post.
