Job Description

Job requirement

  • Applicants must have dedicated time management skills to be able to schedule screenings and hearings while tending to the customer service window.
  • They must have dedicated knowledge of Gtechna, Auto Process and CityAdmin to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to deal with difficult customer interactions explain the process to dispute a ticket calmly and patiently listen to customer concerns to be considered as an asset for this post.

Work setting 

  • They’re required at this post to use City Admin software to schedule the screening or hearing appointments and provide the client with their screening working at this post.
