Job Description
- Candidates will have to provide admin support to the Associate Chief, Clinical Research, Co-Lead PCH and Executive Director of PCH & Clinical Research.
- They’re also appointed to prepare and organize committee meetings related to Clinical Research.
- The candidate will have to perform the dedicated process of invoicing payments, credit card expenses, and travel reimbursements and liaise with appropriate personnel for dealing with all financial matters.
- Candidates are also appointed to record & transcribe minutes and prepare correspondence including letters, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
- They’re also appointed to Arrange meeting rooms, meals, audiovisual and equipment services for meetings, workshops, and seminars in the organization.
Job requirement
- Candidate must attain a minimum of 3-5 years of senior administrative experience either in a hospital or university setting.
- They must attain strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Candidates must attain experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
- They must attain a high level of judgement, and diplomacy skills in interacting with a wide variety of staff members.
- Candidate must attain the ability to handle a fast-paced, busy work environment with many interruptions and competing priorities.
Work setting
- They must attain the ability to troubleshoot and learn new computer and/or web-based programs.
- Candidates must have the experience of managing team finances and budgets.
