Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving and forwarding telephone and electronic inquiries.
  • The candidate must maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases.
  • The candidate will be responsible for sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents.
  • The candidate must send and receive messages.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate will be responsible for organizing and scheduling office work.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
