Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to supervise other employees.
- The candidate will be expected to train other employees.
- The candidate will be in charge of answering phones and forwarding phone calls and messages.
- The candidate must respond to electronic inquiries.
- The candidate will be required to compile data, statistics, and other information.
- The candidate will be in charge of ordering office supplies and keeping inventory.
- The candidate will be expected to greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- The candidate will be expected to train, direct, and motivate employees.
- The candidate must respond to employee inquiries and complaints.
- The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.
- The candidate must manage contracts.
- The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures.
- The candidate will be responsible for assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programmes.
- The candidate must organise and manage staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- The candidate will be expected to provide advice to senior management.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Certificate or diploma from a College, CEGEP, or other non-university programme lasting one to two years, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
- The candidate must be able to multitask.
- The candidate should be accurate.

- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
