Job Description 

  • People who applied for this post are required to provide support to Supervisors of Court Administration and Court Support.
  • They’re also required for the preparation and organization of correspondence, reports, mail, spreadsheets, files etc.
  • People who apply for this post are required to perform basic budget tracking and data entry tasks.
  • Candidates are also accountable for assuming primary responsibility for composing spreadsheets and reports for statistical purposes working at this post.
  • They’re also appointed to respond to general inquiries and requests for information, handle complaints and issues or direct to appropriate persons working at this post.
  • Candidates are also appointed to provide support/backup to the intake desk and records and customer service clerks working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have graduated from a post-secondary program specializing in Office/Business  Administration.
  • They must attain 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible positions that have resulted in outstanding administrative office skills to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have an understanding of municipal government, and service delivery is an asset.
  •  Candidates must attain the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment to be eligible for this post.
  •  Candidates must have a solid understanding of City policies, procedures and administrative practices to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants are required to work collaboratively and relate effectively with staff and all stakeholders in the Provincial Offences Court Office working at this post.
