Job Description

  • Candidates interested in this post are accountable for providing in-person, telephone, and email customer service at Library Administration.
  • People interested in this post are also accountable for responding to internal and external client inquiries in a timely manner and providing follow-up.
  • People interested in this post are appointed to coordinate annual and on-demand bed bug inspections, including scheduling and reporting working at this post.
  • Applicants interested in this post are also appointed to provide support for Library training, including room bookings, registration management, and other setup requirements working at this post.
  • Candidates interested in this post are also accountable for submitting service requests and access forms on behalf of the Library Leadership Team working at this post.
  • People who apply for this post are appointed to maintain files, documents, manuals, and archival records working at this post.

Job requirement

  • Applicants must have completed graduation from a post-secondary program in administrative/business support, along with 3-5 years of progressive experience in an administrative role, to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain the ability to establish priorities and deal efficiently with changing priorities to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills are mandatory to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates interested in this post must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, SAP, and SharePoint, to be eligible for this post.
