Job description

  • Candidates will provide a wide variety of day-to-day administrative support for the Department of Psychiatry Administration team on HR, Finance and Administrative processes.
  • They will support the Department Administration team with complex administrative processes.ย 
  • They will schedule, organise and coordinate various committees and meetings.ย 

Job requirement

  • Candidates must have the strong ability to accurately process HR and Finance transactions and administrative requests within the required timeline.
  • They should possess strong ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • They ought to have a strong ability to gather, organise and summarise information.
  • They must possess the ability to enter, retrieve, correct and interpret job-related data.

Work setting

  • Candidates must have the ability to ensure correspondence requesting information or meetings is tracked and followed up, setting up meetings, catering, contacting vendors, equipment set-up and troubleshooting.
