Job description

  • Candidates will assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal documents, supporting Committee and Council correspondence and reports. 
  • They will prepare, track, and administer purchase orders and progress payments. 
  • They will assist with monitoring and coordinating departmental workflow and activities and act as a liaison with other departments.

Job requirement

  • Candidates need Strong organisational, communication (verbal and written), problem solving, audit/analytical, research, and grammar skills.
