Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to support regional operations managers in the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Candidates are required to coordinate with other support departments within BGIS working at this post.
  • They’re also appointed at this post to coordinate regional shipments of supplies to employees efficiently and timely working at this post.
  • Applicants at this post are also required to assist in ordering uniforms and providing proper PPE to employees working at this post.
  • Candidates are also required at this post to assist with Trade and HSE certification management through a tracking system.
  • Applicants are also appointed at this post to update team members’ information when required and inform all departments at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates working at this post must require 3 to 5 years of administrative experience and must have completed High school education to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must attain the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills to be preferred for this post.
  • They must have effective leadership skills when working in a group along with strong time management skills and organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have strong professional written and verbal communication skills.

Work setting 

  • Candidates are appointed for continuous updating of administrative documentation and trackers based on requests and provided reports working at this post.
  • Candidates must assist in Purchase Card management and assist in documentation translation to be eligible for this post.
