- Candidates will have to own and maintain calendar management for multiple leaders.
- Candidates will have to assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for other associates in the team.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills with ability to listen actively and ask questions.
- Candidates must have experience in coordinating travel arrangements and comfortable managing frequent changes.
- Candidates must attain the ability to collaborate with other executive assistants.
- Candidates must have completed a high school diploma with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
