Job Description

  • The candidate must prepare a journal entry.
  • The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
  • The candidate must manage accounts payable.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing trial balances.
  • The candidate must prepare bank reconciliations.
  • The candidate must invoice clients.
  • The candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from debtors.
  • The candidate must perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting.
  • The candidate must store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • The candidate must perform clerical tasks such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties.
  • The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
  • The candidate must prepare reports.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
