Job Description

  • The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing income tax returns based on accounting records.
  • The candidate will be required to perform administrative tasks such as payroll administration and invoice payment administration.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform bookkeeping duties.
  • The candidate will be expected to use software tools to record and retrieve data, particularly spreadsheets.
  • The candidate will be in charge of monitoring and supervising company or department financial transactions and budgets.
  • The candidate will be in charge of auditing internal and external accounts as well as producing end-of-year calculations.
  • The candidate will be in charge of ensuring that the organisation complies with current taxation legislation.
  • The candidate will be in charge of keeping track of receipts and payments.
  • The candidate will be in charge of preparing and reviewing ledger balances as well as other monthly and yearly accounts.
  • The candidate will be in charge of managing company expenses as well as payroll systems that pay wages and salaries.
  • The candidate must follow proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • The candidate will be expected to audit accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinate with outside auditors, and provide necessary information for the annual external audit.
  • The candidate will be expected to make recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial goals and policies.
  • The candidate must provide financial analysis with a focus on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
  • The candidate must prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • The candidate must create and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • The candidate will be expected to improve systems and procedures as well as initiate corrective actions.

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree
    or equivalent experience
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in similar industry
