Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for analyzing clients’ financial records.
  • The candidate must ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
  • The candidate must prepare financial data for individuals, departments, or companies.
  • The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
  • The candidate must prepare income tax returns using accounting records.
  • The candidate will be responsible for keeping financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
  • The candidate must prepare additional statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • The candidate must communicate with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing templates.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about Quick Books, MS Office and Sage Accounting Software.
