Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • The candidate must plan, set up, and manage accounting systems.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for training staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for analyzing clients’ financial records.
  • The candidate will be responsible for arranging staff training.
  • The candidate must ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing financial plans for clients.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and audit findings.
  • The candidate must make recommendations regarding cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
  • The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
  • The candidate must make recommendations for improvements to accounting systems and management practises.
  • The candidate must develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
  • The candidate must analyze financial documents and reports.
  • The candidate must examine accounting records.
  • The candidate must perform variance analysis.
  • The candidate will be responsible for keeping financial records as well as establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • The candidate must reconcile accounts.
  • The candidate must post journal entries.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly statements.
  • The candidate must manage accounts payable.
  • The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
  • The candidate must manage contracts.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing internal audits.

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing cash.

  • The candidate must be familiar with Tally ERP, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), Database software, MS Office, Data analysis software, Real World, Internet, MS Excel, MS Windows, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Sage Accounting Software and Lean Manufacturing.

Area of work experience

  • The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in Project coordination, Financial statements, and Asset management.

Area of specialization

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about Financial planning, Financial examination, Accounting, and Treasury.
