Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to Identify and recommend solutions to recurring errors and servicing gaps to the Team Leader.
- They’re also appointed to understand and accept change as it relates to their role and commitment to client fulfilment.
- Candidates will have to execute exercises of due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Candidates will have to take personal accountability for high achievement.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be able to lift 30 pounds of weight unassisted.
- Candidate would need to be available 6 days a week; working a variety of shifts from between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- This position is required to cover vacation and peak volumes.
- They must attain the ability to work on tight timelines and high volumes of work in a production environment.
- Candidates must require numeric keyboard skills to be eligible for this post.
