Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to collaborate with Aeroplan Partner Marketing teams to support the development of marketing plans and ensure that all projects adhere to time & budget.
  • They’re also appointed to recommend proactive enhancements & solutions to drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to develop account initiatives to ensure alignment with strategy and respective timelines.
  • They’re also appointed to support the preparation and presentation of proposals to deliver on business objectives.
  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to reinforce the development of marketing strategies, concepts and budgets to drive partner business.
  • They’re also appointed to collaborate with the Partner Marketing team to build partners’ marketing plans and review marketing materials supporting both business and program strategies and objectives.
  • Candidates are appointed to closely monitor key performance indicators and identify when additional actions are required to meet business objectives.
  • Candidates at this post will have to work alongside the Analytics team to pull campaign performance, projections to be eligible for this post. 

Job requirement 

  • They must attain a dedicated university or college degree in business, marketing or any other related field to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the airline, retail or loyalty sectors to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must attain strategic and logical thinking and communication to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must attain excellent communication skills that include internal communication of client opportunities and challenges, and external communication.
  • They must attain a strong work ethic, be autonomous, flexible and creative, able to adapt to evolving business needs to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must be team players with proven ability to prioritize, organize, manage time and multi-task with excellent attention to detail to be eligible for this post.
