Job Description
- Candidates accountable for this post are responsible for all Business Development activities concerning small to medium accounts.
- They’re also appointed to service a large customer due to logistical reasons.
- People applying for this post are required to identify volume and sales opportunities, review new and current services, resolve claims and service challenges and convey information regarding the marketplace competition and customer needs to the Area Sales Manager.
- They’re also responsible for achieving aggressive conversion and penetration of revenue goals working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain 0ost secondary education and 3 years related experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education training and experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants accountable at this post must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- They must attain the ability to handle stressful situations and a high volume of work to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have good time management skills and attention to detail, along with a strong customer service orientation, to be eligible for this post.
