Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to lead, consult with and influence store operators and/or franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans and strategies working at this post.
- People who apply for this post are required to recruit, hire, develop and retain top talent within the market to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all corporate stores working at this post.
- People applied for this post are appointed to recognize and address performance issues on time.
- People are also accountable for ensuring key processes and plans are in place through weekly store visits, store evaluations and data analysis working at this posh.
Job requirement
- They must attain a dedicated bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and requisite industry and management experience to be eligible for this post.
- People must have 3 to 5 years of operational management experience or two-plus years of successful multi-unit management experience in a retail and QSR environment to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work with and influence direct reports, franchisees, peers, and senior management to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must have strong analytical, diagnostic, and root cause identification skills and must have critical perspective and observation of store and merchandise placement to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- People must have strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting and must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications to be eligible for this post.
