Job Description

Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience to be eligible for this post.
- People must attain the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change along with the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment.
- Applicants must attain the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds to be eligible for this post.
