Job Description 

  • Candidates applied for this post are accountable at this post to ensure legislative requirements and corporate policy changes are incorporated and compliant with staff training, staffing plans and People who applied for this post are also accountable for developing payroll and administrative policies and procedures for the division and implementing interim procedures of divisional administrative policies working at this post.
  • Applicants applied for this post are required to maintain a continuous awareness of staffing levels.
  • Candidates are also accountable at this post to analyze and project staffing requirements, and monitor resources to meet the Division’s needs working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a dedicated post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the role, for example:- Business administration and others.
  •  They must possess and be able to maintain a valid Province of Ontario, Class “G” Driver’s License to be eligible for this post.
  •  Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and staff to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must attain excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively establish timelines and handle a varied workload to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential matters to get preferred for this post.
