Job Description
- Applicants are accountable at this post for providing a central point for Line Maintenance on a 24-hour basis for TRAX data entry support.
- Applicants who applied for this post are accountable for liaising with Third-party technicians, internal departments, and wandnl personnel as required to support TRAX update updates at this post.
- They’re also accountable at this post for maintaining up-to-date Training profiles and TRAX & Aircraft Defect Handling processes.
- People who apply for this post are required to provide operational support for TRAX data entry, enabling positive control and on-time performance working at this post.
- They’re also accountable at this post to provide accurate and updated schedule change information to MOC Management.
- Applicants are also accountable for supporting the managers with employee schedule development, identification of anticipated staffing issues, and canvassing for overtime working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a college diploma, professional degree or equivalent work experience.
- They must have proven knowledge of TRAX, for example, but not limited to Part transactions, Defect deferral, and GMM TRAX requirements, to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain knowledge of TRAX & Aircraft Defect Handling to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must have proficiency with PCs like Word, Excel, and MS Outlook to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to shift focus given changing priorities and time constraints to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- They’re accountable at this post for working with software tools.
- This position will track and report on MOC employee training status as well as departmental and branch training compliance applied for this post.
