Job Description

Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees to be eligible for this post.
- They must have demonstrated strength in maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
- People must attain a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment to be eligible for this post.
- People must attain the ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting to 50 pounds to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be good in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must attain the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all applicable health and sanitation requirements to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
