Job Description

  • Candidates are also accountable for overseeing investigations assigned to external investigators to assure adherence to Air Canada policies and procedural guidelines applied for this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a bachelor’s degree in law or legal background and a dedicated master’s degree or J.D. to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in conducting investigations in the areas of employment law, Equal Employment Opportunity, and discrimination violations to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must attain strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, statutes, rules, codes, and regulations to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have a strong grasp of the rules of evidence, fact-finding, and analytical/ evidence assessment skills to be eligible for this post.
  •  Candidate must attain strong knowledge of interview and investigation methodologies, principles, and practices to be considered as an asset for this post.
