Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to work alongside the Director Head and Associate Director of Programs to create programs.
  •  They’re also accountable for making communication strategies to ensure Group Treasury staff feel engaged and empowered in their jobs and experience improved job and life satisfaction.
  • Candidates working in this post are required to learn how the Bank manages its people, process, technology, and compliance risks.
  •  They’re also appointed to support the Directors and Associate Directors of the respective teams that create governance documents, execute trading controls, and monitor working at this post.
  • They’re also appointed for the management, and reporting of non-financial risks in our business operations working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain experience in business, finance, accounting, treasury, or project management to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates must have good team-building skills, working with diverse groups to resolve issues and identify efficiencies to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must attain the ability to develop and leverage strong relationships with key business partners.
  • They must have strong PC skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word and must attain a university degree to be considered as an asset for this post.
