Job Description

- Candidates working at this post are appointed to escalate more serious situations or problems to the Team Lead or Manager, Front End Collections, as required for speedy and equitable resolution applied for this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain post-secondary education, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the collection of delinquents to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated experience with Microsoft operating systems including Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
- Applicants must have sound knowledge of the Bank’s Retail products, services and operating/collections systems to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates must have an understanding of predictive dialer equipment and payment collection systems to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- They must attain the ability to make negotiated payments and assess the source of funds for payment.
