Job Description

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain post-secondary education, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the collection of delinquents to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain dedicated experience with Microsoft operating systems including Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
  • Applicants must have sound knowledge of the Bank’s Retail products, services and operating/collections systems to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • Candidates must have an understanding of predictive dialer equipment and payment collection systems to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • They must attain the ability to make negotiated payments and assess the source of funds for payment.
