Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to coordinate, monitor and provide expert advice related to Cabinet items such as Cabinet Information Items and Cabinet Decision Items.  
  • They’re also required at this post to monitor and review all of the Ministry services and systems to ensure meaningful legislation and regulation practices working at this post. 
  • Applicants for this post are appointed to coordinate, monitor and ensure adherence to the Ministry’s principles, policies and procedures. 
  • Candidates for this post are appointed to design policy development strategies and manage the Ministry’s policy development projects on a wide range of legislative issues working at this post. 

Job requirement 

  • Applicants must possess superior analytical, time management and communication skills to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have prior knowledge of applicable acts and regulations that govern contracts, records information management, and freedom of information and privacy to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have critical thinking skills to interpret and apply legislation appropriately, especially as it relates to access to information requests to be eligible for this post. 
  • Applicants must strive to provide a positive experience for internal and external clients by showing initiative to get preferred for this post. 

Work setting 

  • Applicants working at this post are also required to provide policy advice and services to support senior management on responses to critical issues and priorities, legislation and policy and program options working at this post.
