Job Description

• The candidate must assess patients in order to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
• The candidate must collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families.
• The candidate will be responsible for addressing and documenting symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions.
• The candidate must be able to provide nursing care.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have a CPR certificate and be eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in the province/territory where they work, as well as licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.

Work setting

• The candidate must work in a hospital or home for the elderly and hospital/medical facility or clinic.

• The candidate must be knowledgeable about emergency rooms, geriatrics, intensive care, rehabilitation, and surgery.
