Job Description

• Candidates are appointed to hire, train, supervise and develop part-time staff and full-time staff. 

• They’re appointed to develop innovative programming to meet the needs of a diverse population. 

• Candidates are also appointed to conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards. 

• They’re required to liaise with community groups, schools and hospitals. 

• Candidates are required to propose, establish and operate comprehensive Aquatic Programs and special events in cooperation with the facility team

• They’re also appointed to encourage community involvement from a programming perspective and in the use of the facility. 

Job requirement 

• Candidates must attain a dedicated degree or diploma in recreation with a minimum of 3 years of recreation experience in aquatic settings. 
• Candidates must attain a minimum of five years of Supervisory Experience at a progressive level. 
• They must attain the ability to establish effective working relationships and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
