Job description

• The candidate will be required to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• The candidate will be required to hand harvest vegetables.
• The candidate will have to operate Tractor.
• The candidate will have to operate Lift truck.
• The candidate must ensure farm safety.
• The candidate will be required to perform general farm duties.
• The candidate will be required to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The work site environment is noisy with a lot of odors and is hot.
• Types of crop harvested are Ginseng; Asparagus.
• Working conditions are Outdoors; Wet/damp; Dusty; Hot.
