Job Description

  • The candidate must conduct sales transactions via Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • The candidate will be in charge of administrative and office activities.
  • The candidate must train staff.
  • The candidate must solve work-related problems.
  • The candidate will be expected to receive payments from customers.
  • The candidate must perform receptionist tasks.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing routine office operations such as reception, telephone and booking appointments.
  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate must enter data.
  • The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate must complete sales transactions.
  • The candidate must inspect the cleanliness and practices of establishment staff.
  • The candidate must establish and maintain confidential medical files and records.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising a customer service clerk.
  • The candidate must be able to multitask.
