Job Description
- Applicants are accountable for managing, planning and controlling aircraft Maintenance and managing resources to meet the assigned workload and corporate schedule working at this post.
- People accountable at this post to monitor Ground VHF communication and discuss delays/incidents, situations, and issues with departments represented in the Station Operations Control Centre working at this post.
- They’re also accountable at this post to record delays/incidents/accidents and any other related maintenance messages into the required maintenance system.
- People applying for this post are also required to consult with Maintenance Operations Control, System Operation Control, Operations Managers and Hangar Team Leaders about incoming snags and aircraft faults.
- They’re appointed at this post to coordinate messages from other departments represented in STOC working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates applying for this post must hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to work in a team concept as facilitators and focus on the team’s success to be eligible for this post.
- Dedicated shift work is a requirement for this position.
- They must attain the ability to successfully obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) & Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a full valid driver’s license to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- They must have proficiency with PCs like Word, Excel and PowerPoint to be eligible for this post.
