Job description
- Candidates will involve in resolution of problem shipments, returns.
- They are responsible for dealing with customers/contact centres via phone.
- They are accountable for assisting the retail staff and other clerical staff when required.
- They are accountable for tracing Shipments to customers.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have excellent organisational skills – ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- They should possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- They must be physically fit – able to lift 70 lbs. unassisted.
