Job requirement
- Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- They must attain proficient computer knowledge like Microsoft products, such as Word and Excel.
- People must attain a High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Candidates must attain the ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change to be eligible for this post.
- People must attain the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program.
- Candidates must attain the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety to be considered as an asset for this post.
