Boreal Property Services Corp. based in Prince George, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Real estate agent who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Permanent employment or Full time job. The shift timings include Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning and Morning. The selected candidate would have the option of working remotely as well.

Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors.
  • The candidate will be required to set an asking price.
  • The candidate will be required to draught sales agreements for both the buyer and seller’s approval.
  • The candidate will be expected to host open houses for potential buyers.
  • The candidate will be expected to help prospective buyers make purchase offers on real estate properties.
  • The candidate must be familiar with real estate software packages.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct comparative market analysis in order to estimate the value of properties.
  • The candidate will be expected to help prospective buyers choose, visit, and inspect real estate properties.
  • The candidate will be expected to advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
  • Candidate having experience is an asset.
  • The candidate must be a member of a provincial/territorial real estate association, a member of a provincial/territorial real estate board, a certified property manager, a member of a provincial/territorial real estate association, a member of a provincial/territorial real estate board, a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA), a member of a provincial/territorial real estate board Membership in the Canadian Real Estate Association, a local real estate association, and a local real estate board Certified in real estate finance (CRF), Certified in real estate marketing (CMR), and Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CANNAREA) (CNAREA).
  • The candidate should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • The candidate should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication.
